No Problem! Emerson and Us Developed a process based
on continuous improvement
Do you want a supplier that treats you as a partner? Industry
leader EMERSON did so. They asked us to develop a GE lexan container
that was durable and whose protective film was resilient. We
arranged a special work team of several experts, each with several
years of experience. After many failed efforts, including over
a hundred experiments, and with several machines specially designed
for the task, we successfully completed the project in 3 months
¨C in time for the customer's deadline. The product was cheaper
and of higher quality than before. The customer was extremely
satisfied. Solving the customer's problems is what we are about.

We Made the Tools For Free, And on time!
What do you do when your customer asks you to develop a product
for whom no tools exist? Create the tools of course! A customer
asked us to develop a trapeze form screw. In general, factories
use a lather to process screw threads one by one. In this case,
this was not possible. No tools existed to produce this special
screw - not in China. Not in the world! We not only made a tool
designed to fit the customer's needs precisely but we did it
free of charge. Our customer obtained their screws on time and
under budget.
We Changed the Process to Ensure Quality
A leading Japanese company required a stamping par for extremely
thick material. The hole had to be a 3.2mm thick 5052-T32 and
had to located near the flexure. The standrd process involves
material preparation, stamping, topdressing )drawing, benching
and sandblasting), breaking, plating, packing and delivery.
During the testing we found the hole formed abnormally. We quickly
changed our process to topdressing, breaking, stamping and plating.
This way we kept the hole shape and ensured the quality was
what the customer required.
We Increased Efficiency 10 Fold, Economically
A reknowned Swedish lighting company asked us to process a lamp
component. According to the design, the lamp component was so
intricate it had to be handmade and use a special processing
center. After careful review and planning, we decided we could
design a special clamp which would: ¡¤ Improve efficiency by
a factor of 10 in conjunction with a common lathe ¡¤ Reduce customer
costs by almost 30% by avoiding manual processes The customer
was extremely pleased with our reduced prices and creativity.
To this day our relationship is excellent.
